Lagoona Reef occupies one island in South Malé Atoll, small enough to walk around in about twenty minutes. Beach villas sit behind the tree line on the western shore; overwater villas run out along a timber jetty on the lagoon side.
The main pool is cut into the shoreline with curtained day beds along both edges, and the reef drops away a short swim from the house-reef marker. Two restaurants operate, one buffet and one à la carte, and there is a dive and watersports centre on the jetty.
Transfers from Velana are arranged by the property by speedboat and are quoted separately. Villas have no televisions by design; the library and games room are in the central pavilion.
