The price and conditions that bind are the ones stated in the written confirmation issued for your booking.

Prices can be published or quoted in error, whether by a supplier's system or by us. An obviously incorrect price is not a binding offer.

Where an error is identified before a booking is confirmed, we will tell you the correct price and you are free to decline. Where it is identified after confirmation, we will contact you promptly with the correct price and the option to proceed or to cancel and be refunded what you paid us.

Descriptions of properties, vehicles, facilities, amenities and locations generally originate with the supplier or with a third-party content provider. We pass that information on but do not independently verify every detail.

Facilities can be withdrawn, closed for maintenance or seasonally unavailable without notice to us. If a particular facility is essential to your trip, tell us before you book and we will seek written confirmation from the supplier.

Photographs are illustrative. A room, vehicle or view shown in an image may not be the one allocated to you, and images may have been taken at a different time or under different conditions.

Star ratings and classifications are awarded under local schemes that differ between countries and are not comparable across them. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them and are not statements by us.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a supplier, for the standard of service delivered, for the condition or safety of a property or vehicle, or for a supplier's failure to honour a confirmed booking.

Where a supplier does not deliver what was booked, tell us with the booking reference and we will take it up on your behalf and pursue any remedy the supplier's terms allow.

Some things can only be done by you, and a booking cannot substitute for them.
