What we do
An international booking service, run one enquiry at a time
GlobeWise Exports books hotels, arranges travel and reserves rental cars for people travelling internationally. Those three services are the whole of what we do — we are not a tour operator, an airline or a hotel chain, and we do not sell anything beyond them.
Every booking starts as a conversation rather than a transaction. You tell us the destination, the dates and who is travelling; we check what is genuinely available with the supplier and put the options in front of you with the terms attached, so the decision you make is an informed one.

Each one is booked the same way: we check availability with the supplier, show you the terms, and only then place the booking.
How we work
We arrange the booking. The supplier delivers it.
GlobeWise Exports acts as a booking intermediary. That distinction matters, so it is worth stating in full.

You tell us what you need
A destination, your dates and who is travelling. That is enough for us to start; anything else you add simply narrows the search.

We arrange it with the supplier
We approach the hotel or car rental company directly, confirm what is actually available and come back to you with the detail.

You confirm before anything is paid
You see the property or vehicle, the dates, what is included and the total before a booking is placed. Nothing is committed on your behalf until you say so.
What that means for your booking
The stay, the journey or the vehicle itself is provided by the hotel or car rental company — not by us. Their terms govern the booking: check-in and check-out times, deposits and security holds, driver requirements, amendment rules and the cancellation window are all set by them, and we pass them to you before you confirm.
Our part is the arranging and the aftercare. We put the request to the supplier, confirm the detail in writing, and stay reachable if something has to change once the booking is held. If a supplier changes something after confirmation, we tell you and work through the options with you.
