Privacy Policy

How GlobeWise Exports collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information you give us when you enquire about hotels, travel or car rental.

Last updated 25 August 2026

GlobeWise Exports is operated by S A Enterprise. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, contact us or make a booking through us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the enquiries, bookings and support conversations that follow from it.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you give us directly, information that is created when a booking is arranged on your behalf, and a limited amount of technical information that is generated automatically when you visit our website.

We ask only for what is needed to answer your enquiry or complete your booking. If you choose not to provide a particular detail, we will tell you what we cannot do without it rather than collecting it by another route.

  • Contact details you submit: name, email address, telephone number and, where relevant, your city or country.
  • Enquiry details: destination, dates, number of travellers, room or vehicle preferences and any notes you add.
  • Booking details: traveller names as they must appear on the reservation, stay or rental dates, the property or vehicle selected, and any special request passed to the supplier.
  • Correspondence: the content of emails, messages and call notes exchanged with our team.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed and the approximate region derived from your IP address.
  • Cookie and analytics identifiers, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to you, to arrange and manage the booking you have asked for, and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed. We do not use it for purposes you would not reasonably expect from the interaction that produced it.

Where we send you a message that is not about a specific booking, you can ask us to stop at any time and we will remove you from that list.

  • To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and check availability with suppliers.
  • To create, confirm, amend and cancel bookings, and to pass on the details a supplier needs to hold the reservation.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, changes notified by a supplier and other service messages.
  • To take payment, issue receipts and process refunds where one is due.
  • To provide customer support and to investigate and resolve complaints.
  • To maintain business records, including accounting and tax records.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, misuse of our website and unauthorised access.
  • To understand how our website is used so that we can improve it.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only where it is necessary to do what you have asked, to run the business, or to meet a legal obligation. The most common example is a booking: to hold a reservation, the hotel or car rental company must be given the traveller details it requires.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

  • Suppliers and their booking systems, including the hotel or car rental company and the reservation platforms they use.
  • Payment processors and banks, to take payment and issue refunds.
  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, under terms that limit them to the work we have asked for.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants, where they need the information to do their work.
  • Government bodies, regulators, courts or law enforcement, where we are required to disclose information by law or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
  • A successor entity, if the business or part of it is transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred with it.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors move through it. Analytics data tells us which pages are used and where visitors leave; it is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

You can control cookies through your browser, and our Cookie Policy explains the categories we use, what they do and how long they last. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from functioning.

Data Security

We apply organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encrypting traffic to and from our website, restricting access to the people who need it to do their job, and relying on established payment providers rather than storing card numbers ourselves.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords or other credentials to us by email or messaging. If you believe your information has been exposed, contact us immediately at support@globewiseexports.com.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as we are required to keep business records or may need it to establish or defend a legal claim.

Booking and payment records are typically kept for 7 years for financial and tax compliance. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 2 years. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

S A Enterprise is registered in Uttar Pradesh, India, so India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to the personal data we handle. Under it you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, and raise a grievance about how we have handled it.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, the GDPR or the CCPA may also give you rights over the same data — including access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing. We apply whichever gives you the stronger protection rather than asking you to prove which one covers you.

We do not sell your personal information. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on your consent.

To make a request, email support@globewiseexports.com or call +1 213 423 2879. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will tell you if we cannot do what you have asked and why — for example, where we are legally required to keep a booking or payment record.

Grievance Officer

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, or with our response to a request about it, you can raise it directly with our designated Grievance Officer. This is a named person rather than a shared mailbox, so a complaint reaches someone accountable for it.

We acknowledge grievances on receipt and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. You are expected to raise the matter with us first, which is why this route is published here.

  • Grievance Officer: Sushil Kumar Sharma
  • Email: support@globewiseexports.com
  • Post: GlobeWise Exports, Sector 1B/562, 3 Madhav Puram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, 250002, India

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Where a booking includes a child, we collect only the details the supplier requires for that traveller, and we expect those details to be supplied by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Sites

Our website may link to websites we do not operate, including supplier websites, mapping services and payment pages. Following such a link takes you outside our website.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Read the privacy policy of any site before you give it personal information.

International Users

GlobeWise Exports is based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, and our services are used by travellers in many countries. If you contact us or book with us, your information is processed in India and, where a booking requires it, transferred to the supplier in the country where the stay or rental takes place.

Data protection law in those countries may differ from the law where you live. By asking us to arrange a booking, you understand that this transfer is necessary for us to do so.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, our providers or the law change. The revision date shown on this page tells you when it was last changed.

Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means the current version applies.
